By accessing or using barberitoai.com (the “Site”) or opting in to receive messages from TODO_LEGAL_NAME (doing business as Barberito, “Barberito,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or opt in to our messaging program.

The service

Barberito provides AI-powered front-of-shop systems for barbershops, including missed-call text-back, lead follow-up, client reactivation, review requests, and related demand-generation services, along with a marketing website and demo-booking process.

SMS Terms

Barberito sends (a) marketing messages about Barberito’s services to shop owners who opt in, and (b) appointment reminders, confirmations, follow-ups and promotional messages to barbershop clients on behalf of the barbershops it serves.

• Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact TODO_EMAIL / TODO_PHONE_DISPLAY.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by network issues or factors outside their control.

Fees

Barberito’s service is offered to barbershops under a flat monthly plan; specific pricing and terms are set out in each shop’s service agreement. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to any text messages you receive.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or our messaging program for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited communications through our systems, to interfere with the operation of the Site, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to TODO_LEGAL_NAME and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

The Site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability
